The Vision X 3-Digit LED Vehicle Identification Board provides bright, reliable equipment identification for mining, construction, quarrying, material handling, and other heavy-duty industrial operations. Designed for continuous 24/7 use, it allows operators and site personnel to identify vehicles quickly in darkness, dust, rain, and other demanding working conditions.

Each of the three independently controlled digits uses 195 high-output LEDs to produce a crisp, highly visible number. An extra-wide 120-degree viewing angle helps personnel identify equipment from a broad range of positions rather than needing to stand directly behind the vehicle. Automatic day and night brightness adjustment maintains visibility during daylight while reducing unnecessary glare in low-light conditions.

Numbers can be changed in seconds without opening the housing, connecting a computer, or repainting the vehicle. Simply touch the supplied magnet to the sensor beneath each digit to cycle that position from 0 through 9. Each digit has its own magnetic sensor, allowing the displayed vehicle number to be updated independently. An internal memory function retains the selected number when power is removed.

The board is built around a rugged aluminum housing with a durable polycarbonate lens. IP68 and IP69K ingress-protection ratings help protect the assembly against dust, water immersion, and high-pressure washdown, while a 21.2 Grms vibration rating supports installation on haul trucks and other equipment exposed to severe vibration. Modular mounting brackets and installation hardware are included.
